Lorna Taylor Gregory has worked on behalf of various non-profit initiatives for over 28 years.  Committed to social justice she has worked to improve human rights, to promote peace and democracy and to endorse sustainable environmental issues among others.
 
As senior director of Greenpeace for regional campaign offices in New York and Fort Lauderdale, Taylor Gregory served as canvass director, media spokesperson, and participated on the international action team in community based efforts.
 
While working on behalf of medical relief at Caring International, Taylor Gregory traveled extensively in India and Central America providing hands on assistance to sponsored schools, feeding programs and medical centers.  Taylor Gregory was instrumental in creating and maintaining donor tracking systems, coordinating public information and enhancing public awareness of the medical needs of children living in third world countries. She also shot and edited documentary photography that was used to raise funds for sponsored programs including providing equipment for the cardiology unit of a Calcutta hospital.
 
Serving in various capacities on non-profit boards, her leadership has assisted a number of organizations including:  The Spring of Tampa Bay, Chair, Governance Committee/Board of Directors; USF Women in Leadership and Philanthropy, Founding Lifetime Member; Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts, Executive Board Member; CEO Council, Member; Earth Charter U.S., Vice Chair, National Board of Directors; Guardian Ad Litem Hillsborough County; Beth Waters Friendship Fund, Board of Directors and Athena Society, Member.
 
A graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master's degree in Divinity concentrating in social ethics,  Taylor Gregory attended Hebrew University on a year long graduate internship while completing her studies.
 
Taylor Gregory is CEO of Premier Eye Care, a company providing optometric, ophthalmologic, and full administrative services to Health Plans and their members.

Charlie Hounchell has over 17 years of legal experience, serving as an assistant state attorney, an insurance coverage litigator representing homeowners and as a real estate attorney specializing in commercial and residential buyer and seller representation. Mr. Hounchell is a Tampa Bay native and a graduate of The George Washington University and The University of Florida College of Law. He also earned his MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. For seven years in Tampa, Mr. Hounchell owned and operated an award winning medical bill and contract negotiation company, Zeneks, Inc (sold in 2006). He speaks Spanish and Portuguese and he has lived a total of five years in many different countries including Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Germany and Brazil.

Mr. Hounchell is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and a member of the Florida Bar Association, Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, the American Bar Association, The Bay Area Real Estate Council and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR). He participates regularly in continuing legal education, professional organizations and civic groups. Mr. Hounchell actively supports the Tampa Bay Community by currently serving on the Board of Directors of a number of different Bay Area non-profit organizations, including The Spring of Tampa Bay (shelter for abused women), The Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts and The Earth Charter Communities, USA. Mr. Hounchell is a graduate of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Leadership Tampa Class of 2006.

Aside from his University duties, Dr Keyes is a board member of Restoration Ministries ,working with Human Trafficking and Prostitution; and Earth Charter U.S., working with Human Rights, Democracy and Peace, and the Environment. He is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Consultant in the States of Virginia (LPC) Florida (LMHC) and Texas (LPC & LMFT) and holds 4 National Board Certifications. His earlier work has focused on churches, agencies, hospitals, and partial programs. His private practice work includes individual and group therapy with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. His specialties include Dissociative Disorders, Domestic Violence, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma, Addictions- Substance and Sexual, Adolescents, and Christian Counseling with an emphasis on Inner Healing. His work over the years has focused on severe psychopathology and the devastating effects of Early Childhood Sexual Abuse, Rape, and Domestic Violence. His book, E Pluribus Unum, Out of Many One, co written with Sandy Sela-Smith, chronicles the therapeutic journey from fragmentation to integration of a Dissociative Identity Disorder client (formerly Multiple Personality Disorder) to complete wholeness and healing. His cross-cultural research with the Shanghai Mental Health Center in the Peoples Republic of China, in the area of Differential Diagnosis between Schizophrenia and Dissociative Disorder has generated several Journal Publications and has contributed to the treatment of Dissociative Disorders in the Peoples Republic of China. Currently he is co- writing a book on Treatment of Dissociative Identity Disorder from a Christian Perspective and working with Regent University to establish, train, and certify a First Response Trauma Team with Graduate students who will respond to man-made and natural disasters within 72 hours providing mental health services to those in need.

Guy is a native Tampan. Born here in Tampa in 1949, he attended the McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1971 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. In 1972 Guy began his insurance career with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Guy is the President of M.E. Wilson Company, Inc., Tampa’s oldest privately-held insurance agency founded by his maternal grandfather in 1920. Guy was chosen as the 2003 “Outstanding Business Leader of the Year” by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. M.E. Wilson Company won the “Small Business of the Year ” in 2000 and has been named one of the “Top 30 Insurance Agencies” in the country. King is a founder of MEW Custom Staffing, LLC, one of the most successful outsourcers of human resource services in the country.

Guy is an active community leader and problem solver. He served as Vice Chair of the board of the Allegany Franciscan Ministries in Clearwater for five years. Guy is a past-chairman of the Governing Board and current Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Tampa Metropolitan YMCA. He is past chair of “The Committee of 100”, The Mayor’s Beautification Program, and St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, where he lead the campaign to build the Critical Care Center. Guy was one of the founders of “The Producers”, the first community support group at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and was the Chairman of the TBPAC Annual Campaign for two years. King exercised his organizational and risk management skills as the Chairman of the nationally recognized Gasparilla “Parade of Pirates” for three years in the 90’s.

Guy is a past Chairman and one of the founders of The CEO Council of Tampa Bay, the premier organization for entrepreneurial CEO’s in the Tampa Bay area. He currently serves on the Tampa Bay History Center board and is the past chairman of Mental Health Care, Inc. Foundation. Guy works with Earth Charter U.S., the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, and heads up the Prosperity Campaign for Hillsborough County this year.

Guy was nominated for the 2000 Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and the SBA’s 2000 “Small Business Leader of the Year”. In 2000 the Independent Agents of Greater Tampa voted Guy, “Agent of the Year.” He was in charge of Transportation and Risk Management for SuperBowl XXXV, held in Tampa in January of 2001. The Federal Bureau of Investigation/Tampa chose Guy for their inaugural Citizens Leadership Academy in the spring of 2002.

The National Coalition for Community and Justice (NCCJ) named Guy as a recipient of the Silver Medallion Humanitarian of the Year award in April of 2003 for his work with area not-for-profits. Guy is a hibiscus hybridizer, hunter, photographer, fisherman, landscaper, and martial artist. Guy is married to Deborah Reineman King. Together they chaired the “Bridge Builders Breakfast” for Metropolitan Ministries and the 2002 American Heart Association’s “Heart Ball”. In 2006 they co-chaired the annual fund raiser, “Silverspoons & Sandcastles” for the Mayor’s Beautification Program. They have two sons, Guy IV (age 21) and Wilson (age 17).

Dr. Saks is committed to the Earth Charter as a constitution for a sustainable world. Early on, she served in the Peace Corp in Costa Rica and in Care-Medico in Afghanistan. She received undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University. She completed an internship in medicine at Montefore Hospital in New York and did residency training in obstetrics/gynecology and then psychiatry at Yale University. She was subsequently a clinical instructor at Yale in both departments. She also completed a sex therapy fellowship at Yale sponsored by the National Institute of Mental Health.

Dr. Bonnie R. Saks, MD and Associates is a business of 11 employees based on EC principles. Dr. Saks is also a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida in Tampa where she teaches residents and medical students in Human Sexuality. She is also an analytic supervisor. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, a Founding Fellow of the American Board of Sexology. She is President-elect of the Society for Sex Therapy and Research and on the editorial board of the Archives of Women’s Mental Health. She was a Commencement Speaker for Brown University Medical School on May 28, 2005 and has lectured world-wide. She and her husband have 4 socially conscious children. They also have a Green home in the Berkshires. They are committed to environmental and causes and sustainable communities.
